I had an excellent experience hireing Brad Fifer at Florida Inside & Out Inspections. Brad performed both a 4-Point Inspection and a Wind Mitigation Inspection on my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased with his professionalism and service. He arrived right on time, was courteous and knowledgeable, and clearly explained the purpose of each inspection along with the insurance requirements. The inspection was thorough, yet efficient, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. What impressed me the most was how quickly he delivered the completed reports. The documentation was exceptionally well organized, professional, and presented in a clear, positive manner that made it easy to submit to my insurance company. If you're looking for someone who is punctual, responsive, detail-oriented, and provides high-quality inspection reports, I highly recommend Brad Fifer and Florida Inside & Out Inspections. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

I'm a real estate agent in South FL and have had buyers use Brad and his team for inspections since my very first transaction. When my own mother bought a house, I had her use Brad. He is such a professional. So thorough, so knowledgable, and so kind. The reports come in quickly and accurately with all of the info anyone possibly need to truly understand the health of the home they are buying and all of the info I need to properly advise my clients. Highly, highly recommend!!!
